The Wax Zen is located inside The Body Shoppe at 27780 Jefferson Ave. Ste 18. Temecula, CA 92590 Policies & Procedures - ALL new clients will receive forms to complete prior to their waxing service. Returning clients who haven’t been waxed by Kristen within 3 months will have to complete the forms again. - A non-refundable deposit is required for every new client. The deposit can only be transferred once as long as the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled 24hrs before the appointment. - Please show up on time, I work back to back at times and won’t always be able to squeeze you in if you’re late. 15 mins late with no communication is an automatic no-show and the deposit will not be refunded.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please notify me within 24hrs of your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. Thank you!
