🌿Meet your waxer, Kristen Full body waxing in a private, inclusive and comfortable environment. An experienced & licensed waxer to provide you great results in removing unwanted body and facial hair! The Wax Zen is located upstairs in suite 18 at 27780 Jefferson Ave. Ste 18. Temecula, CA 92590 Policies & Procedures - ALL new clients will receive forms to complete prior to their waxing service. Returning clients who haven’t been waxed by Kristen within 3 months will have to complete the forms again. - A non-refundable deposit is required for every new client. The deposit can only be transferred once as long as the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled 24hrs before the appointment. - Please show up on time, I work back to back at times and won’t always be able to squeeze you in if you’re late. 15 mins late with no communication is an automatic no-show and the deposit will not be refunded. - Please do not arrive for your service if you are sick. Send me a message and we can reschedule you when you’re feeling better. You will not be charged for illness/emergency even if it’s same day.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please notify me within 24hrs of your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. Thank you!
